Welcome to our mobile application offering VPN protection and device cleaning tools (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App unless explicitly authorized by the Service Provider.

User Data & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App stores your personal content locally or in your iCloud account (where applicable) and does not access or share it with third parties.

We may collect anonymized diagnostic data, subscription status, crash reports, and general usage analytics to improve performance. If you contact our support team, your email address or message content may be retained for assistance purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some features within the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically through your Apple ID based on the plan you select. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple device settings.

Refunds are not provided for unused portions of an active subscription.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the App will meet your expectations.

Use of the App is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: data loss, service outages, security breaches, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the App.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published within the App or on our official website. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
